Our Journey

Our family’s journey in real estate began many years ago as immigrants in the United States. We learned the business from the ground up managing our own properties, handling service calls, coordinating repairs, and leasing units ourselves. Through these experiences, we developed a deep understanding of what it takes to own, renovate, and manage residential properties successfully.

In 2017, the new generation of our family took its first major step into real estate by purchasing and renovating our first duplex. We applied the knowledge and experience we had gained over the years and put it into practice, becoming homeowners and landlords at the same time simply by prchasing duplex unit. This experience gave us a new perspective and motivated us to continue growing in real estate.

Over the years, we continued to purchase and renovate additional properties, gaining valuable hands-on experience and technical expertise across a wide range of residential homes and renovation projects.

As our portfolio continued to grow, we realized that we needed to take the next step. To keep up with the demand of our growing real estate business, we needed a reliable and professional construction team that could complete renovations efficiently, maintain high-quality standards, and bring properties to market faster. This need ultimately inspired us to establish Allied Brothers Construction LLC in 2023.

Since then, Allied Brothers Construction LLC has completed high-quality renovation projects throughout the Philadelphia area. Our experience as property owners, landlords, and contractors gives us a unique perspective. we understand not only how to build and renovate, but also what property owners and investors need to make their properties successful.

Today, our goal is simple: to bring the same hands-on care, technical expertise, and attention to detail that we developed through years of owning and managing our own properties to every project we take on.
